You can add multiple reminders per countdown - for example, a flight reminder might have alerts at 1 week before, 24 hours before, 3 hours before, and 30 minutes before departure. iOS has a system-wide limit of 64 scheduled local notifications per app, so if you have very many countdowns each with many reminders, Countdownn prioritises the most imminent upcoming events to stay within that limit.

Yes. For yearly recurring countdowns (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays), all configured reminders are automatically rescheduled to next year after each event passes. The next time you open Countdownn after the event date, the app detects the reset and rebuilds the notification schedule for the upcoming year. Once set up, you never need to touch the reminder settings again - they keep working every year automatically.

Check these in order: (1) Go to iPhone Settings → Notifications → Countdownn and ensure Allow Notifications is toggled on with Alerts and Sounds enabled. (2) If you're in a Focus Mode, verify Countdownn is allowed through. (3) Open Countdownn briefly - this triggers a refresh and reschedules any missed notifications. (4) Try deleting the reminder and re-adding it inside the countdown editor to force a fresh schedule. Most issues are resolved by step 1 or 3.
