This Privacy Policy describes how the Countdown Widgets mobile application ("App") by Kinglet Apps ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your data.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information or user data from the Countdown Widgets app. The app works entirely offline unless you enable iCloud sync.
If you enable iCloud, your countdown data is securely stored in your private iCloud account, managed by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data. All syncing is handled by Apple’s infrastructure.
With your permission, the app can access your device’s Calendar to import events. This access is optional and can be disabled at any time. No calendar data is sent to our servers—everything remains on your device.
The app may use local notifications to remind you of upcoming countdowns. These notifications are created and handled on your device only. No external servers are involved.
The Countdown Widgets app does not use any third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising services. Your usage is not tracked in any way.
The App offers a free version with limited functionality. You may unlock premium features via an in-app purchase. Premium features include (but are not limited to):
All purchases are processed securely via the App Store. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Subscription Terms:
Subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will identify the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Your data is stored securely on your device or in iCloud (if enabled). We do not transmit or store your data on our own servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.
