Welcome to Habify - Habit Tracker. By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before continuing.

1. Personal Responsibility

Habify - Habit Tracker is a tool to help you track habits and goals. All data you create remains on your device or your chosen cloud service. You are solely responsible for managing and securing this information.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers a free version with limited functionality. You may unlock premium features via an in-app purchase. Premium features include (but are not limited to):

  • Unlimited habits
  • Advanced insights
  • Advanced statistics
  • Smart reminders
  • Export habit history
  • Yearly calendar view
  • Import prebuilt habits
  • 3 Days Free Trial
  • Family Sharing

All purchases are processed securely via the App Store. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Subscription Terms:

Subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will identify the cost of the renewal.

Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

3. No Warranty

Habify - Habit Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted use, error-free operation, or that the app will always meet your expectations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinglet Apps is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or reliance on the app’s features.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, app design, and intellectual property associated with Habify - Habit Tracker remain the property of Kinglet Apps. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the app without written permission.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Habify - Habit Tracker after changes means you accept the updated terms.
