Privacy Policy

At StreakHabit: Habit Tracker, your privacy is our priority. We want to be fully transparent: we do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. All information you create within the app (such as habits, reminders, or notes) stays entirely on your device and under your control.

1. No Data Collection

  • StreakHabit: Habit Tracker does not collect or transmit your personal information to us or any third party.
  • Any data you enter (habits, goals, reminders, notes, or progress) is stored locally on your device or, if enabled, in your personal cloud service (such as Apple iCloud).
  • We do not track your activities, location, or usage patterns.

2. Your Responsibility

Since all your information remains on your own device or cloud account:

  • You are solely responsible for managing, backing up, and securing your data.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure of your information caused by your device, third-party services (e.g., iCloud), or your own actions.

3. Third-Party Services

If you choose to enable optional features like cloud backup or notifications, these may rely on services provided by Apple (such as iCloud or Apple Push Notifications). These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

4. Children’s Privacy

StreakHabit: Habit Tracker is suitable for all ages but is not directed specifically at children. Since we do not collect data, no personal information is knowingly gathered from children.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers a free version with limited functionality. You may unlock premium features via an in-app purchase. Premium features include (but are not limited to):

  • Unlimited habits
  • iCloud Sync | iPad, iPhone, Mac
  • 1 Week Free Trial
  • Remove Ads
  • Family Sharing

All purchases are processed securely via the App Store. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Subscription Terms:

Subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will identify the cost of the renewal.

Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to clarify our practices. The latest version will always be available within the app or on our website.
