This Privacy Policy explains how GPS GeoStamp Camera ("GPS GeoStamp Camera," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the GPS GeoStamp Camera mobile application (the "App").

GPS GeoStamp Camera is designed to create location-stamped photos and videos. The App does not require an account, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. Information the App accesses

The App requests access only when needed for a feature you choose to use:

Camera. Used to capture photos and videos.
Photos library. Used to save captured and edited media to your device, display media you choose to view in the App, and let you select media for sharing.
Location. Used to place coordinates, address details, map imagery, and local weather information on your photo or video stamps. You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in iOS Settings. The App can still be used without location, but location-based stamp details may be unavailable or less accurate.

2. How your media and location are used

Photos, videos, and stamp settings are processed on your device to create your selected result. The App saves media to your device's Photos library only when you choose to save it. We do not operate a service that automatically uploads your photos or videos to our servers.

Your location is used to provide the location information shown in a stamp. When you use map, address-search, reverse-geocoding, or weather features, the relevant location or search request may be sent to the service needed to return that result, such as Apple MapKit or Open-Meteo. The resulting map, address, or weather information is used in the App to create your stamp.

If you use iOS sharing, the selected photo or video is shared only with the app or service you choose through the iOS share sheet. That recipient's privacy policy then applies.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment-card number. The App uses RevenueCat to help determine purchase status and manage entitlements, such as GeoStamp Pro access. RevenueCat and Apple may process purchase and device-related information as needed to provide those services.

4. Analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and remote configuration

The App uses Firebase services for app configuration and may use Firebase analytics and diagnostic services to understand app performance, usage, and stability. The App also uses Google Mobile Ads to show ads to free users. These third-party SDKs may process device identifiers, IP-address-derived information, app interaction information, advertising data, and diagnostic data under their own privacy policies.

We do not send your photos, videos, or precise location to Google Mobile Ads for ad targeting. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will request it before using non-essential advertising technology.

5. Information stored on your device

The App stores preferences such as your selected language, stamp style, and feature settings on your device. Captured media remains in your Photos library until you delete it. Temporary files created while exporting video are deleted after processing when possible.

6. How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide the App's features, with the following categories of service providers:

Apple, for App Store purchases and Apple mapping services;
Open-Meteo, for weather information requested for a stamp;
RevenueCat, for subscription and entitlement management;
Google Firebase, for app configuration, analytics, and diagnostics; and
Google Mobile Ads, for advertising in the free version of the App.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights, safety, and security, or in connection with a business transfer as permitted by law.

7. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here. Media you save is retained on your device under your control. Third-party service providers retain information according to their own policies and applicable law.

8. Your choices and controls

Use iOS Settings to grant, deny, or revoke Camera, Photos, and Location permissions.
Delete saved media from the Photos app on your device.
Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Use the privacy controls available on your device to manage advertising preferences where applicable.

9. Children's privacy

GPS GeoStamp Camera is not directed to children under the age at which consent is required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will address the request as required by applicable law.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy here and revise the "Last updated" date.
