Terms of Use

Gallery - Photo Locker is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for users aged four (4) and above. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under the age of 13, you should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Gallery - Photo Locker is free to download and use. The following optional upgrade is available:

• Remove Ads (One-time purchase): Permanently removes all advertisements from the App with a single payment. No recurring charges.
• Family Sharing: The Remove Ads purchase supports Apple Family Sharing, allowing up to 6 family members to benefit from the same purchase.

Subscription Terms

If a subscription option is offered in future versions of the App, the following terms will apply: the subscription will be charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time. No cancellation of an active subscription is permitted mid-cycle. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a paid subscription, where applicable.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kinglet Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

• This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control.
• You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
• You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
• You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

By using Gallery - Photo Locker, you agree to use the App responsibly and in good faith. Specifically, you agree that you will:

• Maintain device security: Keep your device and Apple ID secure. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs through your device.
• Not misuse the App: You will not use the App to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Not interfere with functionality: You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the App's performance or security.
• Comply with applicable laws: You agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the App.
• Respect App Store policies: Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Usage Rules.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, icons, and all related content (excluding photos and media that belong to you), is the exclusive intellectual property of Kinglet Apps and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• You may not use Kinglet Apps' name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.
• You retain full ownership of all photos and media stored on your device — we make no claim to your content.

Your privacy is important to us. Gallery - Photo Locker does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All photo and video processing occurs entirely on your device.

Using the App requires access to your device's photo library. This permission is used solely to display and organize your photos within the App — for no other purpose. Please review our full Privacy Policy to understand how we approach your data.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinglet Apps expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any guarantee that defects or errors will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kinglet Apps, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Damages resulting from any third-party conduct or content accessed through the App.

The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party involvement is Apple's App Store, which processes in-app purchases on our behalf.

• Apple App Store: All purchases are governed by Apple's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Apple's practices.
• Links: If the App ever contains links to external websites or services, those are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a way that may harm Kinglet Apps, other users, or third parties.

• Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
• You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your device.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@kingletapps.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory, as permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via an in-app banner or push notification where possible.

Your continued use of the App after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App and delete it from your device.
