Supported Languages

Gallery - Photo Locker speaks your language. The app is fully localized in 8 languages:

App Permissions

Gallery - Photo Locker needs access to your photo library to function. Here's what we request and why:

In-App Purchases

Gallery - Photo Locker is free to download and use. We offer one optional one-time upgrade:

⚠️ All purchases are securely processed by Apple's App Store. We never handle your payment information. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Restoring a Purchase

Switched to a new device? Tap Restore Purchase inside the app under Settings > Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Troubleshooting

App crashes or won't open?

  1. Make sure your device is on iOS 12 or later — go to Settings > General > Software Update.
  2. Check for an app update in the App Store. Most stability issues are fixed in the latest version.
  3. Force-close the app and reopen it. On iPhone X or later: swipe up, pause, then swipe up on the app card.
  4. Restart your device completely and try launching the app again.
  5. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall the app. Your photos live in your device library and won't be affected.

Photos or albums not showing up?

  1. Verify Gallery - Photo Locker has full access to your photo library:

  1. Clear the app cache: Settings > Reset Cache inside the app.
  2. Fully close the app and reopen it to refresh your library.

Purchase not restoring?

  1. Confirm you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
  2. Check that you have an active internet connection — restoration requires one.
  3. Tap Restore Purchase in Settings > Purchases inside the app.
  4. Still not working? Email us at support@kingletapps.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
