Gallery - Photo Locker speaks your language. The app is fully localized in 8 languages:

The app automatically matches your device's language. You can also change it manually via Settings > Language on your device.
Gallery - Photo Locker needs access to your photo library to function. Here's what we request and why:
- Photos & Media (Required): Needed to display, browse, and organize your photos and videos. Without this permission, the app cannot show your library.
- Notifications (Optional): Used only to notify you about new features or important updates. You can decline or revoke this at any time.
To grant or update permissions:

🔒 We never access your photos for any purpose other than displaying them to you. All processing is entirely on-device — always.
Gallery - Photo Locker is free to download and use. We offer one optional one-time upgrade:
- Remove Ads: A single payment that permanently removes all ads from the app. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.
- Family Sharing: Supports Apple Family Sharing — one purchase covers up to 6 family members automatically.
⚠️ All purchases are securely processed by Apple's App Store. We never handle your payment information. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Restoring a Purchase
Switched to a new device? Tap Restore Purchase inside the app under Settings > Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
App crashes or won't open?
- Make sure your device is on iOS 12 or later — go to Settings > General > Software Update.
- Check for an app update in the App Store. Most stability issues are fixed in the latest version.
- Force-close the app and reopen it. On iPhone X or later: swipe up, pause, then swipe up on the app card.
- Restart your device completely and try launching the app again.
- If the problem persists, delete and reinstall the app. Your photos live in your device library and won't be affected.
Photos or albums not showing up?
- Verify Gallery - Photo Locker has full access to your photo library:

- Clear the app cache: Settings > Reset Cache inside the app.
- Fully close the app and reopen it to refresh your library.
Purchase not restoring?
- Confirm you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
- Check that you have an active internet connection — restoration requires one.
- Tap Restore Purchase in Settings > Purchases inside the app.
- Still not working? Email us at support@kingletapps.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
💡 Most issues are resolved by updating to the latest app version and ensuring full photo permissions are granted.
