Gallery - Photo Locker ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices when you use our mobile application ("App"). We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from you. Everything the App does happens entirely on your device. Please read this policy carefully. By using Gallery - Photo Locker, you agree to the practices described herein.
The App requires permission to access your device's photo library solely to display, organize, and manage your photos and videos. All photo and video processing occurs entirely on your device. We have zero access to your photos, videos, or any media files — they never leave your device.
We do not track how you use the App. No usage events, session data, feature interactions, or behavioral data of any kind are collected or transmitted.
We do not collect device identifiers, hardware details, operating system version, or any other information about your device.
When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not receive, store, or process any payment or personal information related to your purchase. Purchase restoration is handled directly through Apple.
Since we do not collect any data, there is no information for us to use. The App operates fully on-device to provide the following features:
Gallery - Photo Locker offers a free version with ads and a paid upgrade to remove them permanently.
If a subscription is offered in the future: the subscription will be charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings. No cancellation of an active subscription period is permitted mid-cycle. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon upgrading to a paid subscription.
Gallery - Photo Locker does not display third-party advertisements and does not use any advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not collect your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or any other identifier for tracking purposes.
To function correctly, Gallery - Photo Locker may request the following device permissions:

All your photos and videos remain on your device and are never uploaded to any server. Since we collect no data whatsoever, there is nothing stored on our end.
Gallery - Photo Locker does not integrate any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs. No data is shared with or collected by any third-party service through the App.
Since we do not collect any personal data, most traditional data rights are not applicable. However, you still have the following controls:
Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to retain or delete on our end. All app preferences and settings are stored locally on your device and can be removed at any time by deleting the App.
Your photos and media files are stored in your device's own photo library and are entirely under your control.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you may have rights under GDPR. Since Gallery - Photo Locker does not collect, process, or store any personal data, GDPR data processing obligations do not apply to our App.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where significant, notify you via an in-app banner or push notification.
Your continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
