This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play FlipFrenzy, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. By downloading and using FlipFrenzy, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.

FlipFrenzy is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information from players.

All game data — including your level progress, star ratings, gem balance, high scores, and settings — is stored locally on your device only and never sent to our servers.

The following types of data may be generated during gameplay:

• Game Progress: Level completions, star ratings, and unlocked content — stored locally on your device
• Settings: Sound, music, haptics, and notification preferences — stored locally on your device
• Gem Balance & Scores: In-game currency and performance scores — stored locally on your device
• Game Center Data: If you opt in, your scores may be shared with Apple Game Center under Apple's own privacy policy

We want to be completely clear about what FlipFrenzy does not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Your location or GPS data
• Your device contacts, photos, or files
• Your IP address or network information
• Any biometric or health data
• Any financial or payment information
• Any browsing history or activity outside the app
• Any information from your microphone or camera

FlipFrenzy does not require you to create an account or log in to play. The game works entirely without any registration.

FlipFrenzy may ask for permission to send you daily reminder notifications to encourage you to keep your playing streak going.

• Notifications are entirely optional — the app works fully without them
• You can enable or disable notifications at any time in the app Settings screen
• You can also manage notification permissions through your iPhone or iPad Settings app
• We do not use notification data to track or profile you

FlipFrenzy integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboard functionality. Game Center is an Apple service and is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.

• Game Center integration is optional — you can play without signing in
• If you use Game Center, your scores may be visible to other Game Center users
• We do not have direct access to your Apple ID or Game Center account details

FlipFrenzy does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, data brokers, or tracking frameworks.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data — personal or otherwise — with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

The only external service used is Apple Game Center (optional, as described above), which operates under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

FlipFrenzy is suitable for players of all ages, including children. Because we do not collect any personal information from any users, the app is safe for children to use.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union.

If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about your child's use of this app, please contact us using the details below. We will respond promptly.

Since FlipFrenzy stores all game data locally on your device and does not transmit personal information over the internet, the security of your data is primarily managed by your device's own security features.

We recommend keeping your iOS device updated to the latest version and enabling device passcode or Face ID for maximum security.

In the event that any part of our service model changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify users accordingly before any changes take effect.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data stored on our servers for us to access, share, or delete. Your game data lives entirely on your own device.

You can delete all app data at any time by:

• Deleting the FlipFrenzy app from your iPhone or iPad — this removes all locally stored game data
• Using your device Settings to clear app storage if available

For users in the European Union, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, and erase data. Since we hold no personal data, these rights are automatically satisfied. If you have any specific concerns, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page.

For significant changes, we will provide a notice within the app or through the App Store update notes. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
