Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Collage Maker : Pics Grid, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms apply to the Collage Maker : Pics Grid iOS app, its share extension, local editing features, optional downloadable content, and related services we provide.
App Store License
Collage Maker : Pics Grid is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store rules and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless Apple or Kinglet Apps provides different terms that apply.
Apple is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for Collage Maker : Pics Grid. Questions, support requests, or complaints about the app should be sent to Kinglet Apps using the contact email above.
Your License to Use Collage Maker : Pics Grid
Subject to these terms, Kinglet Apps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Collage Maker : Pics Grid on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where applicable law allows such activity despite this restriction.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the photos, images, text, collages, and other content you create or import into Collage Maker : Pics Grid. Kinglet Apps does not claim ownership of your personal collage projects.
You are responsible for the content you use with the app. You should only import, edit, export, or share photos and other materials when you have the rights or permission to do so.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Collage Maker : Pics Grid to:
- Violate any law, regulation, intellectual property right, privacy right, or publicity right.
- Create, store, or share content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, harassing, hateful, or harmful.
- Misrepresent the source, consent, ownership, or authenticity of photos or other content.
- Interfere with, damage, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, its services, or related systems.
- Remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, attribution, or legal notices in the app or downloadable content.
Photos, Storage, and Exports
Collage Maker : Pics Grid processes selected photos and collage projects primarily on your device. The app may store project files, thumbnails, imported images, downloaded stickers, and preferences locally so that features work as expected.
Finished collages are saved to your photo library only when you choose to export or save them. You are responsible for managing, backing up, deleting, and sharing exported files.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
Collage Maker : Pics Grid may display advertising through Google AdMob, including app open ads, banner ads, and rewarded ads. Ads and related services may be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
The app may also connect to Kinglet Apps servers to check for and download optional sticker packs. Third-party services can change, become unavailable, or operate under terms outside our control.
No Professional Advice
Collage Maker : Pics Grid is a creative editing tool. It is not intended to provide legal, professional, medical, financial, or other specialized advice. You are responsible for how you use the app and the content you create with it.
Intellectual Property
Collage Maker : Pics Grid, including its software, design, layouts, stickers, branding, text, graphics, and other app materials, is owned by Kinglet Apps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the app materials only as allowed by these terms and within the normal functionality of the app.
Updates and Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Collage Maker : Pics Grid at any time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. Some features may require internet access, current operating system versions, valid permissions, or third-party service availability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Collage Maker : Pics Grid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kinglet Apps disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or that your content will never be lost. You should keep your own backups of important photos and exported files.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kinglet Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Collage Maker : Pics Grid.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits. In those places, the limits in these terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using Collage Maker : Pics Grid at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to features or services if you violate these terms, misuse the app, create legal risk, or if continued operation is no longer practical.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
Privacy
Your use of Collage Maker : Pics Grid is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the app handles photos, local storage, advertising, consent choices, and third-party services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of Collage Maker : Pics Grid after the terms change means you accept the updated terms.
