Common Questions
Why does the app ask for photo access?
Photo access lets you add photos to a collage and save finished collages to your photo library. You can change permission anytime in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Photos.
Why can't I save my collage?
Make sure Photos permission is enabled, your device has enough free storage, and the collage export finished before leaving the app. If saving still fails, restart the app and try exporting again.
Where are my projects stored?
Projects and thumbnails are stored locally on your device so you can reopen recent work. Deleting the app may remove locally stored projects, so export important collages to Photos.
How do I import photos from another app?
In the other app, open the iOS share sheet, choose Create Collage, and keep the share sheet open while the images are prepared. Collage Maker supports importing multiple images this way.
Why do I see ads?
Collage Maker may show ads to help keep the app available. You can manage privacy and ad consent options from the app's Settings screen when those options are available in your region.
Troubleshooting
- Photos do not appear: Check iOS photo permission and confirm the selected album is available on your device.
- Export looks blurry: Try PNG or HEIC, use higher-quality source photos, and avoid over-enlarging small images.
- Sticker packs do not download: Check your internet connection and try again later.
- Share extension does not open: Reopen the source app, choose the images again, and make sure Create Collage is selected from the share sheet.
- App feels stuck: Force close and reopen the app. If the problem repeats, contact support with the steps that caused it.
Privacy, Terms, and Ads
Collage Maker processes selected photos primarily on your device. Advertising and optional downloaded content may use third-party services.
