Drag blocks from the tray onto the grid. When you fill a complete row or column, it clears and earns you points. The game ends when no more blocks from the tray can fit on the board. Plan ahead — you always have 3 blocks in your tray at a time!
You earn points for every block you place, plus bonus points for clearing lines. Clearing multiple lines at once gives a combo multiplier — the more lines you clear simultaneously, the higher your score boost. Your all-time best score is saved automatically.
Block Blast is a strategy game — there is no undo feature by design. Every placement is permanent, which is what makes each decision exciting and meaningful. Think carefully before you place!
The game ends when none of the 3 blocks in your current tray can fit anywhere on the board — even if there are empty spaces. Try to keep multiple open areas on the grid to avoid getting blocked by larger pieces.

Scores & Leaderboard
Your high score is saved locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, the score may have been reset. Make sure iCloud backup is enabled to protect your progress:
1 Open iPhone Settings
2 Tap your name → iCloud
3 Enable iCloud Backup
The leaderboard is powered by Apple Game Center. Make sure you are signed in to Game Center on your device — your scores will be submitted automatically after each game.
ℹ️To sign in: Settings → Game Center → toggle on and sign in with your Apple ID.
Game Center scores can sometimes take a few minutes to sync. Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, sign out and back into Game Center in your iPhone Settings, then relaunch Block Blast.

Ads
Block Blast is completely free to play. Ads allow us to keep it that way. We use Google AdMob to show ads, which appear between games and not during gameplay so they never interrupt your session.
You can opt out of personalized ads at any time:
1 Open iPhone Settings
2 Go to Privacy & Security → Tracking
3 Disable tracking for Block Blast
✅You will still see ads after opting out — they will just be non-personalized.

Technical Issues
Try these steps in order:
1 Force-quit the app and reopen it
2 Restart your iPhone
3 Check for an app update in the App Store
4 Delete and reinstall the app
If the issue continues after reinstalling, please contact us with your device model and iOS version.
Close background apps to free up memory, then relaunch Block Blast. Make sure your iOS is up to date. If you're on an older device, try lowering your screen brightness and closing other resource-heavy apps running in the background.
Check that your device is not on silent mode (flip the mute switch on the side of your iPhone). Also check that sound and haptics are enabled inside the game under Settings. Make sure the volume is turned up using the side buttons.

Privacy & Data
Block Blast collects no personal data. Your scores are stored only on your device. The only data-related activity is ads shown via Google AdMob, which you can opt out of at any time.
Since all your data is stored locally on your device, simply deleting the app removes all associated game data including your high score. There is no account or server-side data to delete.
